    Polypropylene Resin (PP)

    Polypropylene resin (PP) is a thermoplastic resin produced by polymerizing propylene. Polypropylene is non-toxic, odorless, and with a low density. It has good rigidity, stiffness, heat resistance, and great processing performance and is widely used in food packaging, automotive, medical hygiene, home appliances, tubing, and other fields.

    Polybutylene Alloy

    Polybutylene-1 is known as the "plastic gold". With high impact resistance, various grades of polybutylene alloy products of Chambroad can change the toughness and modification of polypropylene and nylon products, such as easy-to-tear and easy-to-open packaging film. They can be used in the chemical industry, mining plates with its high rigidity and abrasion resistance.

    Rubber is defined as a highly elastic polymer material capable of reversible deformation. It is resilient at room temperature, capable of undergoing significant deformation with minimal external force, and can return to its original shape once that force is removed. Rubber belongs to the category of completely amorphous polymers, characterized by a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and a typically high molecular weight, often exceeding several hundred thousand. Rubber is categorized into two types: natural and synthetic. Natural rubber is procured and processed from the latex of plants like rubber trees and rubber bushes, while synthetic rubber is produced through the polymerization of various monomers. Rubber products have a broad range of applications across both industrial and everyday settings.

    Butyl Rubber/Halogenated Butyl Rubber (IIR&HIIR)

    Butyl rubber, with a highly saturated main chain, performs well in airtightness, flex fatigue, and vibration-damping properties. Halogenated butyl rubber boasts its excellent air tightness and good processing performance in application. 

    Bio-Based Itaconate Rubber (Bio-IBR)

    Prepared by low-temperature emulsion polymerization with green biomass itaconic acid ester as the main monomer, the bio-based itaconate rubber is the first bio-based synthetic rubber species in the world. 

    Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR)

    Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) is a special rubber material obtained by selective hydrogenation of unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds in the molecular chain of nitrile rubber.

    Petroleum Coke

    Petroleum coke is a black solid coke produced by cracking and coking heavy oil (mainly residual oil) at a high temperature of 490-510℃ by a delayed coking device. "Moyuan petroleum coke is mainly sponge coke, with a production capacity of 600,000 tons/year, which is widely used in the fields of electrolytic aluminum and new energy anode materials, among others.

    Calcined Coke

    Calcined coke is a product made from petroleum coke as raw material by removing the humidity and volatile components of petroleum coke at a high temperature of 1300℃ in a calcining furnace and optimizing petroleum coke structure. Chambraod has a Moyuan calcined coke capacity of 200,000 tons/year. It is widely used in the fields of pre-baked anode, new energy anode, rare metal smelting, and so on.

    Ammonium Sulfate

    The chemical formula is (NH4)2SO4, and the nitrogen content is about 21%. It is an excellent raw material for nitrogen fertilizer, and also the earliest nitrogen fertilizer produced and used in China. The industrial ammonium sulfate is white or yellowish crystals, whose physical properties are relatively stable.

    Para-aramid, known as poly-terephthaloyl-p-phenylenediamine, or PPTA, is a kind of aromatic polyamide fiber. Also known as Aramid-II or Aramid 1414 in China, it is a linear macromolecule composed of amide groups connected to each other and to the para-phenyl ring, where at least 85% of the amide bond is directly connected between the two para-phenyl rings.

CO2 from industrial waste gas can be directly used through "renewables + CO2", thus generating functional carbon-negative prodtcts for carbon capture and storage.

    Wood is an animate material. Moisture exchange between the fiber cells and the air frequently leads to deformation, cracking, and other problems. To address this pain point, Chambroad Junzi wood is pre-treated with high-tech technology to eliminate the soluble sugars and inorganic salts and to modify the cell walls, which greatly relieves the problem of swelling, warping, cracking and damages by worms, corrosion and other issues, revolutionizing the traditional anticorrosion process. With controllable density, the products are cracking and deformation-proof. Other characteristics include class-9 anti-termite treatment, class I corrosion resistance, B1 flame retardancy, and heat insulation.
